Projects

A selection of our recent projects in the residential, hospitality and leisure sectors.

Addlethorpe Golf & Country Club

Contacted to bring some character into this large open golf clubhouse, we worked with the clients’ idea of the clubhouse being somewhere for players, visitors and guests of the newly developed on site lodges to sit, relax and eat. We used flooring to subtly divide the space, introduced soft, comfortable seating and mood lighting as well as opening up the bar to create this new venue.

Oaklands Hall - The Comfy Duck

LW Interior Design were contracted to refurbish the restaurant & reception areas at The Oaklands Hotel, Laceby. Much like in the reception area, the client had an idea of a wallpaper that they wanted to use but was unsure on tying it all together. We again used jewel tones, plush velvets and pops of pattern as well as antique leathers to create a decadent restaurant area in this fantastic hotel.

Oaklands Hall - Reception & Lounge

LW Interior Design were contracted to refurbish the reception and lounge area as well as the restaurant at the Oaklands Hotel in Laceby. The client had already seen a pattern that they liked for a feature wallpaper but the rest of the scheme was a complete blank canvas. When we first visited the site this reception was decorated and furnished with neutral colours and pops of gold, our aim was to make the space feel comfier, cosier and more inviting. We used deep jewel colours along with a wallpaper that we found which fit the clients ideas alongside plush velvets and pops of pattern.

The Grange Holiday Park - Reception

LW Interior Design were contracted to provide the interior design scheme for this holiday park reception area, the clients brief was that it needed to include a waterfall wall & natural looking planting for a relaxing, start to the holiday feeling. We worked with the manufacturers of the waterfall wall and the faux planting company in order to create a design which worked together seamlessly, tying in the reception area with mood lighting and wall mounted plant pots as well as comfortable seating in front of the water wall.

Tilly's Kitchen - Castleford

LW Interior Design were contracted to transform the new home of Tilly’s Kitchen from it’s previous life as an American diner with bright lights, high gloss and black & white tiled decor into a calming, inviting cafe. We used flooring to divide the space, introduced soft, comfortable furniture with luxurious fabrics, mood lighting and pattern to create a new coffee space for this existing business.

The Parlour - Binham

LW Interior Design were contracted to provide the interior design scheme for this stunning cafe & events space on a working farm in the grounds of the Binham Priory. We were to create a scheme which was sensitive to it’s surroundings as well as the opened up barn space in which it is sited. We used soft, natural colours and textures with subtle hints of pattern to allow the space to speak for itself.

The Anchor Inn - Hathern

LW Interior Design were contracted to provide the interior design scheme for this village pub/restaurant, working to the clients budget we created a scheme which allowed the bar, restaurant & snug areas to feel individual yet have a cohesive design. We introduced new soft fabrics, patterned wallpapers & fabrics, brass light fittings and deep luxurious colour to tie the scheme together.

The Black Boy, Headington - Restaurant & Bar

LW Interior Design were contracted to provide the interior design scheme for the restaurant, bar & snug areas of this stunning country inn. Using a cohesive design which tied the three different areas and the upstairs letting rooms together while giving each space its own unique feel. We introduced pops of colour and pattern with deep wooden tones and interesting mood lighting to transform this fantastic village inn.

The Black Boy, Headington - Bedrooms
